We collect account information, event RSVP details, ticket purchase details, host-created event content, and basic usage information needed to operate comma.

How we use information

We use information to provide event discovery, RSVP management, paid ticket checkout, attendee communications, fraud prevention, customer support, and service improvement.

Payments

Payment information is processed by Stripe. comma does not store full card numbers. Stripe may collect and process payment data according to its own privacy and compliance requirements.

Sharing

We share attendee information with event hosts only as needed to run the event, manage admission, and communicate important event updates. We may also share information with service providers that help us run the platform.
